MOMMY LOUNGE LAUNCHES IN NEW YORK CITY OVER MOTHER’S DAY WEEKEND, MAY 10-11, 2008!
The Mommy Lounge, the first-ever in-hospital gifting suite for new moms was launched in New York City over Mother’s Day weekend 2008. The hospital lounge was transformed into a dream nursery by NYC-based interior design firm, Re:place. Moms were inspired by the space and thrilled with their lavish gift bag filled with items worth over $500. Aside from the gift bags, moms were also given the opportunity to win many of the items in the Mommy Lounge including:
- Kensington Play Mats from Plain Mary (www.plainmary.com), worth $180. Each winner received a lovely gift certificate to redeem for their personalized, custom mat for their new baby.
- A Monte Design Luca Glider worth $890 (www.montedesign.net)

- A pre-packed maternity bag from Birth ‘a Bag valued at $180 (www.birthabag.com)
